Draft to enact procedure ID.02 --- Enacting District ID Card System
It is similar to National ID Card System , except that this procedure operates at District level. This proedure will be useful only if National ID card system is NOT in place.
The draft is to be passed in the District Panchayat.
By passing this draft, the citizens can obtain a cheap, fast and LESS nexusprone procedures to create a District level ID card system.
