  1. Proposed laws to BOOTSTRAP a process that would improve India

    1. LM.02 - Direct Vote in State Assembly - The law will allow citizens to register YES/NO on proposed drafts in Assembly after paying a fee of Rs3.


  2. Proposed laws to Improve Law Making

    Following is one BASIC law, that would not only improve law-making in India, but also bootstrap a process that would improve 100s of other laws in India.

    1. LM.02 - Direct Vote in State Assembly : A procedure to enable citizens to register YES/NO on proposed drafts in Assembly after paying a fee of Rs3.

    12. EAS.12 - EAS over Forest Woods : A procedure to empower citizens to directly obtain royalty from forest woods.

    13. EAS.13 - EAS over Fishing Rights : A procedure to empower citizens to directly obtain royalty from forest woods.

    14. EAS.14 - EAS over Billboards : to equitably share the royaltly from billboards.

    15. EAS.15 - EAS over rent from GoI lands : to equitably share the renbt that comes from Govt owned land.

    1. CT.01 - Jury System over Municipality Staff : Empowering Jury to expel/fine a municipality employee.

    2. CT.02 - Jury System over State Govt Staff : Empowering Jury to expel/fine a state govt employee.

    3. CT.03 - Jury System over Central Govt Staff : Empowering Jury to expel/fine a central govt employee.

    4. CT.04 - Jury System in Quasi-Courts : Using Jury to give verdicts in Quasi Courts instead of officers.

    5. CT.05 - Jury System in Lower Courts : Using Jury in Lower Courts to give verdicts instead of judorcrats (i.e. career judge).

    6. CT.06 - Jury System in High Court : Using Jury in High Courts to give verdicts instead of judorcrats (i.e. career judge).

    7. CT.07 - Jury System in Supreme Court : Using Jury in Supreme Court of India to give verdicts instead of judorcrats (i.e. career judge).

    8. CT.08 - Election/explusion of Lower Court Judges : Enacting a procedure by which citizens can appoint/expel a Lower Court judocrat (i.e. a career judge) without needing to approach High/Supreme Court judges.

    9. CT.09 - Election/expulsion of High Court Judges : Enacting a procedure by which citizens can appoint/expel a High Court judocrat (i.e. a career judge) without needing to approach Supreme Court judges.

    10. CT.10 - Election/expulsion of Supreme Court Judges : Enacting a procedure by which citizens can appoint/expel a Supreme Court judocrat (i.e. a career judge) without needing to approach any authority.

    1. POL.01 - Jury System over Policemen : Empowering Jury to expel/fine a policeman.

    2. POL.02 - Election/expulsion of District Police Chief : Enacting a procedure by which citizens can appoint/expel a Supreme Court judocrat (i.e. a career judge) without needing to approach any authority.
